Based in lululemon Shanghai SSC office, Reporting to P&C Manager, Business Partner, China
You will be a trusted P&C partner to work closely with people managers and employees to execute people strategies, support on performance management, culture and engagement, and people development and retention. You will also play a critical part in Employee Experience by providing tools, resources & counsel on whole Employee life cycle, Employee Contract and Global Handbook queries. The role is a healthy mix of business partnering, project and operational activity.
