Location and Reporting Structure:

Based in lululemon Shanghai SSC office, Reporting to P&C Manager, Business Partner, China 

Job Summary:

You will be a trusted P&C partner to work closely with people managers and employees to execute people strategies, support on performance management, culture and engagement, and people development and retention. You will also play a critical part in Employee Experience by providing tools, resources & counsel on whole Employee life cycle, Employee Contract and Global Handbook queries.  The role is a healthy mix of business partnering, project and operational activity. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and timely first line P&C support and counsel to employee and manager inquiries on various P&C related topics including assisting to interpret defined P&C policies and procedures.
• Support Senior P&C Manager with delivery of annual people programs including employee engagement programs, annual performance management review, annual compensation review, promotion exercises and bonus programs, etc.
• Collaborate and work effectively with internal P&C stakeholders including but not limited to Health & Wealth, Learning & Leadership, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and IDEA to support business needs.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years relatable experience in HR generalist or equivalent, experience in talent management or organization development is a plus.
• Deep understanding of China labor Laws and employment related regulations is a plus.
• Broad human resource knowledge and ability to facilitate the delivery of People and Culture advisory services to the business 
• Negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask
• Decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relations, people management and training
• Personal responsibility to see issues through to resolution and meticulous attention to detail
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
