Reporting Structure

Reporting to Senior Manager, Brand Management and Brand Operations

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the launch and go-to-market the marketing campaign(s) and roll-out in China
  • Be the in-market expert and work cross-functionally with all internal stakeholders to deliver on a comprehensive launch strategy
  • Formulate an integrated plan with clear roadmap to deliver on winning over our current guests as our primary target audience and lay the foundation needed to scale over time
  • Cross-functional work includes working with Creative, Digital & Social, Events, Regional brand & community, CRM, RBE, DBE, EC and Retail etc, lead the functional team on efficient communication cadence and drive progress of campaign/ initiative
  • Project manage specific marketing campaigns and initiatives from developing and managing project timeline, strategy formation, project status tracking, to budget management
  • Manage content trafficking of campaign assets
  • Partner with global brand team to bring global concept live and successful in China

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years marketing experience in apparel retail industry, leading marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Strong project management skills leading integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communications skills that can liaise with multiple stakeholders while driving project progress
  • Strong leadership and ownership, open and positive mindset, who is solution seeker 
  • Excellent written and speaking English and Chinese skills 
  • Team player who can strongly connect with all functions 
  • Detailed oriented and logical thinking, able to multi-projects 
  • Outgoing, Sports lover and fun
