The Retail Tech team serves as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and retail operations, driving the strategic digital transformation of our stores to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. We collaborate closely with business owners and technology leads in the digital space, ensuring that digital solutions are meticulously planned, executed, and aligned with our overarching product roadmaps. Our team is characterized by a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a customer - centric mindset. We thrive in facilitating cross - functional cooperation, leveraging diverse methodologies to solve complex digital challenges. We prioritize managing risks, optimizing resources, and ensuring that every digital initiative not only meets but exceeds business objectives while enhancing the guest experience.
Core responsibilities
As a Store Digital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our retail stores. You will work in close partnership with Business Owners, internal Technology teams, and external vendors, crafting and overseeing comprehensive digital delivery plans. Guided by the principles of value creation and guest impact, you will ensure that all digital projects are executed flawlessly.
