The Retail Tech team serves as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and retail operations, driving the strategic digital transformation of our stores to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. We collaborate closely with business owners and technology leads in the digital space, ensuring that digital solutions are meticulously planned, executed, and aligned with our overarching product roadmaps. Our team is characterized by a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a customer - centric mindset. We thrive in facilitating cross - functional cooperation, leveraging diverse methodologies to solve complex digital challenges. We prioritize managing risks, optimizing resources, and ensuring that every digital initiative not only meets but exceeds business objectives while enhancing the guest experience.

 

Core responsibilities

As a Store Digital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our retail stores. You will work in close partnership with Business Owners, internal Technology teams, and external vendors, crafting and overseeing comprehensive digital delivery plans. Guided by the principles of value creation and guest impact, you will ensure that all digital projects are executed flawlessly.

  • Manage project timelines, resources (people & process), and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of Store digital products (e.g., Fitting Room RFID ) to meet business and technical requirements, ensuring they are resilient, scalable, maintainable, and monitor-able.
  • Champion and enforce standardized product development lifecycles and operational support processes.
  • Define product vision and strategy, craft the roadmap, and drive execution of the product backlog.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and prototyping through launch and iteration.
  • Advocate customer-centricity: Gather quantitative/qualitative feedback, develop experience improvement hypotheses, model financial impact, and lead teams to optimize digital products for enhanced customer value and business results.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and transparency on priorities, progress, and achievements.
  • Analyze technical challenges and constraints, make informed trade-off decisions, and propose viable alternative solutions.
  • Champion IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action) through role modeling, awareness initiatives, and team training.
  • Conduct market analysis and opportunity assessments, providing pursuit support for strategic new business ventures.

 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in managing and delivering complex software projects in both project and product management capacities.
  • Proven experience managing retail store systems(POS,IMS,RFID…)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results through effective multitasking and prioritization in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience in aligning priorities with key partners and third-party vendors, complemented by strong collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing software projects using object-oriented frameworks within both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in English at a working professional level.
