About the Role

We are seeking a talented Internal Communication Specialist to drive employee engagement and internal messaging across our organization. This role combines strategic content creation with hands-on event execution, requiring a unique blend of creativity, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Curation (70%)

  • Ongoing Communications: Produce and manage the weekly internal newsletter

  • Executive Communications: Draft executive notes, briefing materials, and leadership communications

  • Project-Based Content: Curate and create content for internal events including:

    • Leadership Summits (LS)

    • Town Hall meetings

    • Fun Club activities and internal communications

    • Lunch & Learn (L&L) sessions

  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide content editing and review for various functional teams as needed

2. Event Management & Execution (30%)

  • China Town Hall: Lead end-to-end planning and execution

  • Employee Engagement: Support other internal employee engagement initiatives and activities

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in internal communications, corporate communications, HR communications, or related fields

  • Background Preferred:

    • In-house: Communications & PR, HR, or Social Media teams

    • PR Agency: Strong motivation match and culture fit are critical
