core responsibilities


As Regional Brand & Community Manager, you are responsible for leading regional Brand & Community team to growing our brand awareness and collective, driving desire for our brand and products. You partner with retail leadership to articulate priorities, opportunities and mitigate any risks for different regions, building an annual retail marketing calendar that ensures overall brand consistency whilst also delivering on regional goals. Working closely also with the functional leaders in the Brand Marketing team, you will bring your programs to life flawlessly.

  • Lead annual retail marketing budget construction and consolidation for North & North East China
  • Lead and guide 3 regional B&C managers to craft and deliver on their respective integrated retail marketing plans against brand messaging and priorities; taking into account NSOs, store differentiation strategies, partnerships, data insights etc
  • Define objectives and population targets and desired outcomes for programs (store events, partnership actions, guest engagement etc); think actionable, data driven programs that drive revenue and guest engagement at store and city level (multi-store cities); track and measure results post campaigns
  • Drives win-win partnerships - landlord and studio partners, leveraging mall/ studio marketing initiatives
  • Develop a high performing team of 3 regional leaders (who will each have in region oversight on event execution, RBE, ambassador rograms and partnerships)



qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or business related field
  • 10 years' experience in regional marketing/retail marketing field, apparel industry experience is preferred 
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Successful experience in a management position within a retail MNC organization with proven leadership ability
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment
  • Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ms Office suite
  • Innovative and strategic thinker, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to travel and able to work independently with minimal direction, seeking coaching and guidance as needed
