Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior PR Manager to drive excellence across our Tennis, Golf, and Lifestyle categories. This position will be based in Shanghai, China, and report to the PR Director. Through cross-functional collaboration, this role is critical in strengthening our brand positioning and deepening brand impact through talent strategies, integrated campaigns, large-scale activations, earned-first initiatives, and always-on product communications.

Core Accountabilities:

Build Category Leadership
  • Strengthen our brand credibility across the Tennis, Golf, and Lifestyle categories through high-impact campaigns, event activations, and compelling human and product storytelling.
  • Lead product communications strategy to elevate storytelling around performance attributes and style.
  • Build meaningful connections with key editors, stylists, tastemakers, influencers, and fashion insiders.
Talent Relations & Entertainment
  • Lead the engagement of prominent brand ambassadors and continue building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Global Sports Marketing team to drive high-profile global ambassador in-market activations and coordination.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with cultural resonance that align with the overall strategy.
Team Operations
  • Lead the team and agency partners in strengthening foundational capabilities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall impact, including earned media analytics, sample management, and product feedback.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with global and regional PR teams to ensure alignment and synergy.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of dynamic experience in PR; fashion or retail experience is preferred
  • Have a keen understanding of the media and social landscapes in China
  • Solid experience in managing celebrity and athlete relationships
  • Track records of PR campaigns and product comms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Constant and curious learner; always looking at new ways to innovate in this space
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Strong advisory and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
