A DAY IN THE LIFE

·       Serve as the primary contact between retail stores and SSC. Manage and follow up on issues received through the store public mailbox, coordinating SSC resources to resolve daily operational problems.

  • Design and develop a feedback platform with the tech team to ensure that all feedback is recorded, tracked, followed up, and resolved, and continuously maintain and optimize the platform.
  • Consolidate and analyze bottlenecks and pain points in daily operations based on feedback from retail performance teams. Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and optimize processes and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure retail-friendly plans and executions, holding peers accountable for effective implementation.
  • Develop and maintain Retail related SOP and regularly update it by identifying the insufficiency in operation flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure China mainland store information remains complete and up to date on both internal and external platforms.
  • Being a shining example of well behavior and high performance. Carry out additional projects and duties as required or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       University graduates preferably in business, operations, or related discipline

·       Minimum 5 years of in retail industry or experience

·       Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally

·       Resourceful and high level of initiative

·       Attention to detail

·       Strong communication and coordination skills

·       written and oral communications skill in both Mandarin and English

·       Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
