about this team

Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster to the growth of our organization.

core responsibilities

  • Work in support of retail expansion and employee branding development for lululemon China
  • Actively participates in the development of innovative recruiting strategies and executes the full cycle recruitment process for retail hiring
  • An innate connector who loves to build pipeline talent – build deep networks of diverse talent
  • Identify future talent needs in partnership with our People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders to develop forward-looking workforce plans that meet current and future business needs
  • Leverage different hiring channels for the on time hiring of both new stores and existing stores including but not limited to direct sourcing, RPO vendor, search firm and internal referral, etc.
  • Equitably hire the right talent at speed by effectively sourcing, assessing and closing candidates while utilizing hiring tools and adhering to core responsibilities, playbooks and trainings
  • Ensure data integrity and make data-informed decisions by regularly reviewing dashboards and reports to assess recruiting effectiveness, meeting SLAs and taking action to improve hiring results.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional partners

qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in the work of recruitment
  • Proven track record in retail & consumer industries
  • Ideally a combination of both RPO and in house TA experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including: direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods
  • Experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking system, candidate database and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Negotiation and influencing skills required
  • Experience in developing processes and workflows
