about this team

As part of Retail Operations team, the Retail Optimization team has strong connection with the retail teams, always passionate to support stores, and the best in the world to complete complex projects by prioritizing, simplifying, aligning, communicating across SSC functional partners.

core responsibilities

         Develop and map out China retail stores Omni strategy and plans, partnering with other key functions such as EC, CRM, Technology to ensure the design and outcome is comprehensive and suits the best for our business and goals.

         Continuous to improve the in-store experience by partnering with Digital, CRM and Technology; Prioritize and implement digital omni-initiatives to increase the store operations efficiency, enhance omni guest engagement and experience.

         Ensure the Omni and Retail Experience Programs are well designed and received by retail teams through strategic thinking and good deployment.

         Monitor and analyze the Omni & In-store experience performance by OKRs on regular basis, keep following the market/global trend to optimize the necessaries.

         Work closely with Retail and Retail Operations team to activate the Retail Calendar in coordination of commercial/product events, Marketing campaigns/events, retail NSOs/Initiatives, etc. to ensure the activation is appropriately aligned with the business objectives and retail operations effectiveness.

         Drive and advocate for retail teams regarding of commercial-driven events, analyze or participate with other internal/external peers for specific performance review, to keep the retail performance on tracking and maximized.

qualifications

         10+ years previous experience in retail and/or FMCG industry

         Resourceful, accountable, flexible, and a high level of initiative

         Strong Biz acumen and analytical skills

         Fluent in English and Chinese

         Proficient in MS Office
