about this team
Work at the center of our business, create and improve fulfilment processes, operations and compliance controls, maintain data integrity, reporting and analysis for our regional distribution centers in China and logistics activities across retail stores and digital platforms in China.

core responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to analyze and optimize fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability for retail and eCommerce channels.
  • Deeply understand business needs across retail and eCommerce, translating them into actionable enhancements for fulfillment operations.
  • Coordinate with internal fulfillment teams (inbound logistics, trade, DC, outbound logistics etc.) to drive end-to-end process improvements and seamless execution.
  • Lead and implement strategic initiatives to enhance fulfillment performance, cost efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute mid-to-long-term fulfillment plans, aligning with OKR, enterprise ambition and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement system and process upgrades.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in fulfillment strategies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership working in a fast paced, high-volume operation with a focus on high seasonal activity in a direct-to-consumer environment, preferably within the apparel industry
  • Strong operating knowledge of distribution and logistics, with proven experience in supply chain planning
  • Attention to details and sensitive with numbers
  • Team player who can successfully collaborate up and down the organization
  • Results oriented with a focus on execution to meet business requirements
  • Excellent PC Skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and reporting tools (Power BI)
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
