Retail Operations Specialist, Openings & Optimization

core responsibilities

                     Create standardization to ensure NSO process is repeatable and efficient

                     Align with Store Development on deliverables and key milestone dates

                     Coach and train store team on store operational procedures

                     Responsible or NSO operational setup, including new store email, cash delivery arrangement, cash advance, procurement (turnover kit and mannequins), back of house strategy, site assessments, and turnover

                     Build and maintain our internal intranet (Youlu) NSO page for clear communication for Store Managers and store team and increate business efficiency

                     Manage store listing (lululemon official website in Asia and google) for all stores and list new NSOs

                     Coordinate Store calls (kickoff, weekly, turnover, etc.)

                     Facilitate two-way communications by acting as the go-to person between the SSC and stores to follow up with action executions and seek feedback

qualifications

                     University graduates preferably in business, operations, or related discipline

                     Minimum 2 year of in retail and/or FMCG industry or experience as a Key Leader

                     Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while operating under tight time constraints

                     Resourceful and a high level of initiative

                     Motivated self-starter with highly collaborative attitude

                     Excellent written an oral communications skill in both Mandarin and English

                     Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

                     Ability to travel including overnight as required

In-person collaboration and office-based work is necessary and important for this role. Work is performed onsite, 5 days a week, depending on role requirements.
