about this team

As the Corporate Sales Operations Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Gift Card and B2B sales initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing and adjusting Corporate Sales channel operation processes, assisting the Sales Manager in handling sales and helping achieve team targets. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Sales Management as well as cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Finance, Product, Planning, Technology and others to ensure alignment and achievement of sales goals in China.

core responsibilities

                     Regularly organize sales data to provide the sales team with direct strategic analysis

                     Leverage your understanding of store-level processes and systems to effectively address the store’s feedback on gift card and B2B business

                     Develop and improve processes based on a new business model, with consistent collaboration across cross-functional teams

                     Manage team contract stamping and delivery

                     Partner with the Finance team and be responsible for calculating the monthly incentive of the store

qualifications

                     University graduate, preferably in business, operations, or a related field

                     Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail and /or FMCG industry

                     Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally

                     Quick learner with the ability to understand the needs of different B2B customers

                     Strong written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English

                     Proficient in Windows-based software and skilled in data analysis
