about this role

As Corporate Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our B2B and Gift Card sales initiatives. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and exploring new distribution channels to maximize business opportunities. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Corporate Sales, as well as cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Finance, Merchandising and Planning, Technology, and others to ensure alignment and achievement of sales goals in China.

core responsibilities

·                Execute and support the development of yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales plans for lululemon B2B and Gift Cards.

·                Utilize business monitoring and tracking tools to optimize operations, mitigate business risks, and identify opportunities for growth.

·                Contribute to delivering overall B2B and Gift Cards sales targets, including net margin, through effective product and investment planning.

·                Support the B2B and Gift Cards strategy and planning in collaboration with Retail and cross-functional stakeholders.

·                Build and maintain strong partnerships with store teams (including regional managers, area directors, and store managers) and cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Merchandising and Planning, Tech) to ensure alignment and achievement of sales goals.

·                Drive business development initiatives to expand our network distribution and bring new business opportunities.

qualifications

                     8+ years of experience in B2B sales and related areas.

                     Strong understanding of the local B2B market environment, customer expectations, and future trends.

                     Familiarity with local market legislation, requirements, and compliance standards.

                     Strong knowledge of sales mechanisms and market dynamics, including customers, competition, and industry news.

                     Experience in distributor/platform management with strong negotiation and communication skills.

                     Proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies and new distribution channels.

                     Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

                     Good knowledge of change management methods, tools, and stakeholder management.

                     Experience in optimizing customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints.

                     Ability to create engaging content and drive digital marketing initiatives.
