about this team
The Mainland China Ambassador Team manages the brand’s Ambassador program with its diverse collective of inspirational, fun and passionate partners. The team takes care of the program design, operations in campaigns and related communication and program execution.
We are a group of active and energetic people who work hard but like to have fun at our daily work!

core responsibilities
Campaign Related
o Responsible for the creation of campaign marketing plan templates, measurement, and documentation + reporting.
o Execute China Ambassador’s & Partnership program campaign engagement and operations
o Track and manage the campaign seeding budgets, including forecasting and planning for the future.
o Cooperate with, coach and advise community and retail teams to foster campaign & program impact in regions.
o Work cross-functionally to create & monitor key metrics to show campaign impact.
o Reach out to China’s regions and identify cross-region opportunities, both in real life and virtual.
o Research and stay up to date on the ambassadors campaign involvement; define opportunities to innovate within our program.
o Manage & execute the Ambassador involment in campaigns for storytelling strategy and execution.
o Support Product Testing through campaigns with tracking & measurements.
o Leverage campaign and communication tools for ambassador storytelling, testimonials and engagement across our owned and earned channels, including leveraging our ambassador network for event animation, livestreams, and content co-creation.
Communications Related
o Execute program and campaign communications
o Responsible for communication plans, cadence, as well as documentation + reporting. Contribute to program framework and strategy by leveraging campaign and communication tools for ambassador storytelling, testimonials and engagement across our owned and earned channels, including leveraging our ambassador network for event animation, livestreams, and content co-creation
o Contribute to program framework and strategy by leveraging communication tools for ambassador storytelling, testimonials and engagement.
o Work cross-functionally with Regional Brand and PR teams to ensure our network of relationships is reflected at media events and during other branded opportunities like preceding product launches etc.

qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing or business related field. 8 years of experience developing and leading athlete or influencer strategy for a global brand (3 years+ rooted in retail field or 3 years experience working with KPI measurement and reporting tools - earned and owned is a plus).
Proven ability to form strategic partnerships, build interpersonal relationships, and respect cultural diversity; ability to be inclusive, collaborative, respectful and support broad organizational interests.
A digital native and fluent in the fast evolving digital and social ecosystem in China.
Good planning and budget management capability.
Excellent English skills both verbal and written.
Excellent communication skills, Ms Office suite.
Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment.
Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Highly detailed oriented with rich project management experience.
Sensitive to market trends. Strong network in the fields of sports, fitness and athlete industries.
Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment.
Data analytical mindset. Solid reporting capability on analytics & KPI delivery.
Passion for lululemon ambassador and partnership programs.

Experienced in sports, athlete and influencer marketing.
Experienced in digital marketing, content strategy and storytelling.
Believe in relationship building and good team players to collectively achieve goals.
