about this team

The eCommerce Marketplace team is a core function of the eCommerce team in China, driving sustainable business excellence across all marketplace channels, including Tmall, JD.com and Douyin stores. This team is leading business growth with elevation on brand awareness, optimization on operation, enhancement on guest experience and strategic partnership with platforms. 


core responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with brand marketing team to ensure brand campaigns are effectively adapted on marketplace channels including Tmall, JD and Douyin platforms.
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies and specific campaign plans tailored to the unique features and audience of each marketplace channel.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign execution across marketplace channels and be the primary liaison with internal cross-functional teams and external platform partners.
  • Elevate guest engagement to drive member growth, optimize acquisition, retention and LTV with innovative initiatives.
  • Elevate content strategy and performance on marketplace channels, bringing compelling content with brand storytelling and commercial objectives.
  • Partner closely with brand marketing team, eCommerce channel owners, cross-functional supporting teams to align strategies and ensure seamless, successful campaign delivery.
  • Establish, monitor and analyze key performance indicators for all initiatives with a data-driven, result-oriented approach.

qualifications

  • 7 & above years’ experience in a global retail environment (e-commerce and digital marketing)
  • Solid experience in leading campaigns on Tmall, JD.com and Douyin platform
  • Proven analytical ability to develop campaign strategy
  • Proven project management ability to manage complex projects
  • Proven relationship management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
