The role will be based at lululemon’s China HQ in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and growth of lululemon in China.
Reporting to Sr. Manager, Digital & Social Marketing Operation
The role will support to optimize and solid WeChat mini-program as lululemon another official platform: help to create meaningful online experience, delivery brand purpose, to introduce diversified products for multi-occasions, create seamless community relationships, and to drive new acquisition & incremental sales for mini program.
· Support to the execution for each campaign moment, always-on weekly new drop & community events with clear business objectives and strategies, based on understanding of guests’ behavior on-site and end-to-end path, from acquisition, engagement to purchase.
· Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (product, E-commerce, technology team, retail, etc.) and agencies on both campaign and community projects, including:
· Oversee all aspects of mini-program day-to-day operations, and output performance analysis reports with guidance on media investment, assets production, product display, UI/UX, etc.
· 5 years+ working experience of DTC channel with 3-year+ project management experience of mini-program in big-scaled foreign companies or PM in mini-program leading agencies.
· Experience on WeChat Enterprise 0 to 1 foundation build up.
· Basic knowledge of mini-program technical development process
· Strong content management skill and good taste on visuals
· Good English & PPT skills
· Bachelor or above
· Proven work ethic with utmost integrity
