About this team
The Corporate Application Technology team is committed to enabling seamless, best in class experiences for our corporate business team which include Finance team (Accounting and Tax), P&C team, Legal team and Asset Protection in order to delivery China local system, rollout global project and support business operation efficiency improvement and meet compliance requirement. The tech stack includes Avature (career site, applicant tracking & candidate relationship management), Tupu, Workday, EBS, Helios, Tax Automation, Legal Hub (OA) Platform, E-signature, RPA (UiPath) and a host of other collaboration tools.


Core responsibilities
The role will deliver the corporate application and collaboration with Architecture and Program Management and Security Management. Roles below set standards, enroll communities and hold delivery team accountable. They also in charge of the discovery, inception, solution and delivery the software which include SaaS, On-Promise service and In-house development and future enhancement based on the Scrum of Scrum methodology.

Responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap of corporate application through which bring scale, secure, reliable, consistent development of technology ensuring the future growth targets of lululemon commerce. 
Drive and prioritize building out the practices which speed up time to market in the long term but do not hinder the short term in partnership with business partners and stakeholders
Enrolling and alignment of standards and practice with the 5+ departments, 10+ teams and 50+ stakeholders (FTE, Contractor and Professional Services).
Build a program to establish and adopt corporate application for the teams that support China business goal and future scale.
Enhance our ability to learn, avoid duplication and teach our developed standards as a practice. 
Manage key vendors to deliver the project based on lululemon China technology standardize.

Qualifications
At lease 2 years' experience in team management
15+ years of experience in corporate application delivery
Solid knowledge of the Finance knowledge
Highly valued experience with API management, Micro Services, Scrum of Scrum, Global-Regional Solution design.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Finance or related field or equivalent experience
