about this team

The Responsible Supply Chain team works to support the wellbeing of the people who make lululemon products, and supports supply chain resilience, manage risk and social compliance, and build brand purpose. We monitor working conditions in all facilities producing for lululemon, though our internal team and together with external partners. We work together with cross-functional partners within lululemon to support responsible practices of doing business in our everyday operations. We collaborate with our vendors, and external stakeholders to foster resilience in the garment industry and build better systems.

 

core responsibilities

- Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) Monitoring
  • This role is responsible for RSC assessment execution oversight and identifying continuous operations improvement of the RSC monitoring program, along with the RSC regional leads.
- Lead and manage effective audit scheduling, ensuring that audits are performed on the set of cadences.
  • Produce regular report to track exploration, NVAP process and annual assessment process in CBX system. Ensuring process adherence from end to end.
  • Monitor, track, and report RSC implementation status across all regions on a monthly basis, highlighting risks, delays, and systemic issues. Provide consolidated global and regional views of audit execution and assessment coverage to support leadership oversight and resource planning.
  • Support CAPA and Zero Tolerance (ZT) issue management by consolidating reports, tracking action status, and providing reports to internal teams to ensure timely closure.
  • Produce and track RSC high risk vendor and business consequence status
- Generate RSC -facility performance report for the usage of ACLSP facility selection
  • Collaborate with relevant teams on Internal Systems Enhancement: Establish and continuously improve RSC system SOPs, controls, and data standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Lead the oversight of vendor onboarding training and mandatory training, ensuring new vendors complete all required RSC training.
  • Regularly monitor and ensure the on-time update of the grievance tracker.
  • Key implementation driver and data consolidator for Vendor Pay Model across all regions ensuring invoices are paid on time by the vendors.
- System, Data and Equivalent Assessment Management
  • Lead the enablement and governance of accepted equivalent assessments within CBX, ensuring standardized data quality, consistency, and alignment across multiple approved assessment frameworks.
- Manage critical path milestones to ensure timely completion of RSC NVAP and annual audits across all regions.
- Upon request from the RSC team, conduct high quality equivalent assessments mapping into the CBX RSC Assessment template, ensuring accurate representation and alignment with internal compliance standards.
- Ensure quality of data remains consistent across multiple equivalent assessments, enabling RSC Operations to integrate data from multiple equivalent assessments into the RSC Power BI Dashboards for risk and trend analysis.
- Lead adhoc data and KPIs report development as request to support effective monitoring operations.
- Support SharePoint re-organization and governance,
- Maintain data and reporting to confirm RSC process adherence across regional RSC Social team.



qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Ethical Trade, Sustainability, Human Rights
  • Experience in Social Compliance assessments or industry social assessment tool e.g. SLCP equivalency mapping
  • Experienced working with compliance or supply chain management platforms i.e., trouble shooting, workflow management
  • Exceptional details oriented and understanding of regional risks and Human Rights.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and spoken English. Fluent in a/the primary language spoken in the region.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in Excel. Power BI/ Tableau / Python will be a plus.
