FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. core responsibilities

Reporting to FP&A Senior Director, the FP&A manger supporting the planning cycle including strategic plan, annual operating plan and monthly rolling forecasting processes in addition to maintain an eye on key business drivers through detailed data analysis and delivering dashboards and commentary to business leaders

  • Responsible for product margin planning and performance management for discount and markdown events impact
  • Responsible for Distribution Center cost planning and management
  • Act as key contact point for product margin and DC related budget and reporting with both local and global stakeholders
  • Execute the rolling forecasting process and articulate business rationale
  • Preparation of business review reports and deliverables, support with periodic analytics and commentary on product margin and DC performance to key stakeholders

qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 10-12 years professional experience in business, finance or FP&A
  • Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management
  • Professional accounting designation ideal, and not required
  • Experience with Hyperion, Smartview, Power BI is an asset
  • Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel
