Visual merchandising is everything you see in the store. We use VM as a powerful tool to visualize your ideal store and optimize your guests’ experiences. A day in the life
  • Responsible for leading the RBE work of BJ & North & North East Region according to China RBE strategy guidance. Bring company strategies to life & adapted to regional market needs: window, campaign activation, key product stories, product placement strategies and sell-through strategies.
  • Leading the work of adapting country strategies to West & Central region stores. Holistically own the RBE presentations in retail spaces. Collaborating with regional team on activating regional initiatives in retail spaces.
  • Work in partnership with ISM & VMS & Retail in building Optimal Store Layout / merch map to support on campaign launch, event, and seasonal promotion activities. Maintain brand image and provide consistent guest experience.
  • Building VM training strategies on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, to enable and develop store VM skills and capabilities, foster a culture of visual excellence.
  • Being the bridge and communication channel between SSC partners & retail team, timely feedback and support store needs with SSC partner supports. Assisting in improving the sales performance, actively seeking feedback and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Initiate the development of new Vm tools and processes to elevate our brand experience in stores.
  • Lead the visual merchandising and execution process for new store openings, in collaboration with retail operations and planings.
  • Responsible for visual displays for special projects, marketing/press/community events, pop-up stores, etc. 
  • Provide on-site VM support by attending 2 VM shifts a week to understand product levels and training opportunities. Schedule weekly store visits (upon requests).
Qualifications
  • 10 years experience in visual merchandising or retail role 
  • Highly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trend. 
  • Mindful communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal. Fluent in English and Chinese 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-starter approach to work, entrepreneur way of decision making, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility 
  • Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and ability to use adobe is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on the retail floor.
