about this team

As the brand guardian to ensure communication excellence and target audience’s experience on China’s prominent social platforms. Creating inspiring, impactful and consistent storytelling of the brand via lululemon’s own channels as well as online community members including KOLs, Educators and Guests. 


core responsibilities

  • Be responsible for creating content and planning KOLs for respective social platforms (e.g. RedNote), managing the entire management/operation cycle of content creators including sourcing, onboarding, creating briefings and managing creative concepts, content outputs/quality and content timelines;
  • Work with the Brand Management team, EC team and Retail team on building a social storytelling calendar including campaigns, product stories, hero activations, community events, key sports moments etc. to both amplify the brand’s voice and increase product desirability;
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the social content guidelines and playbook to ensure the quality and consistency of online communication throughout all the touchpoints of lululemon’s social universe including Own Channels, KOLs and Stores (KOS – Key Opinion-leading Stores);
  • Responsible for data analysis, building reports and using data and insights to inform learnings and strategic recommendations so as to continuously improve the content quality, TA’s experience and cost efficiency;
  • Work closely with respective platform partners to understand, identify and leverage the latest trends on social media so as to better understand then communicate with our guests thus build up the brand and product equity in a more innovative way;
  • Be responsible to control, verify and track the budget as the owner of respective projects including the retaining of own channels, social planning of campaigns, KOL buy, product seeding cost and community buy.

 

qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in the fashion or sports vertical, social media, start-up environment or tech company familiar with social content strategy and operation on RedNote, Douyin, Wechat and Weibo, better with an exposure to EC operations
  • Good logical thinking and communication skills, sensitive to data, and good data analysis skills
  • Strong Subjective initiative and self-driving force, able to proactively discover and solve problems.
  • Passionate for digital content and sensitive to digital marketing and social trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Multi-tasking and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
  • Bachelor degree or above
