About this team

As a member of the merchandise product team, the Inventory and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Analyst is responsible for understanding the impact of outbound units to DCs and Stores within the market.  Optimizing inventory availability to guests in order to drive revenue, reduce costs and grow profitability by best meeting demand with supply across the regional omni network. They work closely with Allocations, Planning, Buying, Retail Operations, and DC & Logistics.

A day in the life:

·       Monitor weekly store inventory and performance to take necessary actions (e.g. adjusting parameters in Anaplan) for maintaining optimal stock level against forward sales plans

·       Share weekly Allocation & Replenishment plans to key Product team partners – DC and Stores

·       Liase with DC partners to support prioritization of workload and Product team needs

·       Providing full supports on administrative and adhoc tasks assigned by the Senior Analyst, Inventory and S&OP

·       Work with cross functional partners including Retail Operations, and DC & Logistics to ensure smooth and efficient outbound of inventory to Stores

Qualifications:

·       Tertiary qualification preferably in business or commerce

·       Regional APAC retail + e-commence exposure

·       Strong attention to detail with the ability to design formulae that proactively validate outputs and reports

·       Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

·       Analytical and problem solving skills, with a demonstrated confidence in creating new solutions to new problems

·       Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Must haves:

·       3+ years experience in allocations or inventory management

·       Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility

·       Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results

·       Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same
