- 团队管理
- 负责lululemon GEC Inhouse团队的日常管理，指导educator团队通过在线聊天工具为客人提供优质的线上服务，和客人建立长期的联结。
- 通过建立高效的管理模式，提升团队的服务和销售能力，对团队的服务和销售指标负责。
- 建立良好的 团队氛围，通过鼓励、培训、激励团队员工来创造高效的团队，关注并培养团队员工，注重员工的长期发展。
- 监控团队核心指标，能与产品、运营、技术等多方团队合作，推动流程优化落地，提升指标达成。
- 用户体验提升
- 和相关的支持团队配合，不断发现和完善GEC团队运行过程中的问题，保障团队稳定、高效运转。
- 结合客人的需求和业务实际情况，制定客人导向的服务策略，提升消费者体验和购物满意度。
- 对GEC团队的服务和销售数据进行分析，并调整相应的服务策略，优化人力安排。
qualifications
- 本科及以上
- 3年以上客服团队管理经验
- 中英文流利，可作为工作语言
- 具备服务意识，对电商消费者需求敏感
- 卓越的表达能力，能有效跨部门沟通，以及良好的抗压性
- 有一定数据分析能力
- 有企微管理经验 或 电商相关经验者优先
