core responsibilities

·       Optimize the guest-facing process and related system, platform to improve the efficiency of floor operations and employee experience.

·       Maintain and run store value added service to further enhance guest experience. Ensure the program smooth operation in the store, and optimize based on feedback from guests and stores, e.g. hemming and repair program.

·       Work together with store design, construction and visual team, meet the needs of stores for material in floor operations, and provide a centralized solution.

·       Maintain the SOP and expand resources for third-party promotions to support store business, such as landlord events, bank or government subsidy activities.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure retail-friendly plans and executions, holding peers accountable for effective implementation.

·       Develop and maintain retail related SOP and regularly update it by identifying the insufficiency in operation flow.

·       Being a shining example of well behavior and high performance. Carry out additional projects and duties as required or requested.

 

qualifications

·       University graduates preferably in business, operations, or related discipline

·       Minimum 5 years of in retail industry or experience

·       Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally

·       Resourceful and high level of initiative

·       Attention to detail

·       Strong communication and coordination skills

·       written and oral communications skill in both Mandarin and English

·       Proficient in Windows based software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
