About this team
The project management team works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create and manage projects that bring rich experiences to life for our guests. The team works very closely with business owners, product managers and technology lead’s in the supply chain management space to ensure delivery plans are created against product roadmaps in various areas with in supply chain space. The project management team is organized, curious, great at facilitation and knows how to get the right people involved at any given time to solve problems. The project management team values managing risks and dependencies to ensure our teams are working in the most optimal way to get value out to our guests as quickly as possible. A project manager at lululemon values various delivery methodologies ranging from waterfall to Kanban to scrum.

Core responsibilities
Works closely with Business Owners, Internal Technology teams and vendors to ensure delivery plans are in place and managed. Responsible for aligning delivery plan with organization and managing the narrative of the delivery plan as the team is executing with value and guest impact as guiding principles.  

Supply Chain Insight and Process Analysis:
Collaborate with teams across the supply chain (planning, procurement, etc.) to identify data discontinuities, manual operation bottlenecks, and potential automation scenarios (such as demand forecasting, procurement processing, etc.).
Create current process maps (As-Is) and design future blueprints (To-Be), quantifying the value of improvements (e.g., reducing labor hours, lowering error rates).
Utilize automation tools and technologies (such as RPA, AI, machine learning, etc.) to enhance data processing and analysis efficiency.
Optimize supply chain management processes, improving overall efficiency from product planning to market launch.
Data-Driven Solution Design:
Lead supply chain related data requirements analysis: define key datasets (such as inventory levels), data quality rules, and governance frameworks.
Design supply chain related automated solutions: optimize processes by incorporating RPA, AI/Machine Learning, etc. (such as automatic replenishment, anomaly alerts, report generation).
Participate in cross-departmental data sharing and analysis projects, promoting the application of supply chain data in business decisions.
Technical Implementation and Collaboration:
Lead the creation of clear requirement documents (BRD/PRD), collaborate with engineers, cross functions, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Drive the development and implementation of data monitoring and reporting systems, providing real-time, accurate data support for decision-making.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify data accuracy, automation logic, and user experience.
Value Closure Loop and Iteration:
Monitor the post-launch effects (such as process efficiency improvement rates, ROI), and continuously iterate and optimize models and rules.
Train business teams and promote a data-driven cultural transformation (such as promoting self-service analytical tools).
Collaborate with business teams to implement process improvement measures, monitor implementation effects, and ensure continuous process optimization.
Portal Management:
Manage Portal data access, including data source integration, data cleaning, and data transformation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Customize and configure Portal functional modules based on business needs, enhancing user experience and work efficiency.
Be responsible for the daily maintenance and optimization of the supply chain management system portal (Portal), ensuring user-friendly and easy-to-use interfaces.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Project Management: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely progress.
Daily Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth project advancement and efficient cross-departmental collaboration.
Vendor Management: Set team work goals and plans, assign tasks, and monitor team work progress and quality.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in supply chain management, information management, statistics, computer science, or related fields preferred.
Over 8 years of supply chain management tech related experience, including at least 3 years in the field of data and automation.
Familiar with supply chain management systems (Planning system/flow, APS etc.).
Prior experience in large-scale data analysis projects or automation project implementations is preferred.
Ability to build Supply Chain related business scenarios’ data-driven solutions.
Proficient in data analysis tools (such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, etc.) and automation technologies (such as RPA, AI, machine learning, etc.).
Familiar with data processing procedures such as database management, data cleaning, and data transformation.
Good project management, cross-departmental collaboration, and supplier management skills.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and a teamwork spirit.
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to withstand a certain level of work pressure.
