The Role / Location

The role of Ecommerce Business Analyst will be based at lululemon’s China SSC in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and growth of lululemon in China.

Job Summary:

The Ecommerce Business Analyst is responsible for understanding, collecting, analyzing and reporting lululemon major online channels’ (Tmall, JD, DY own channels) KPIs, market and competitors’ performance with the ability of comprehensive data management and integration to dig out sales opportunities, as well as improve online operational efficiency and effectiveness.  


 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·        Responsible to work with TP and ISV collect data source from multiple data tools (Databank, ShuFang YUNTU, etc.), track KPIs and provide performance analysis on regular basis.

·        Weekly, monthly, season and fiscal year sales performance business reports that analyzed KPI’s while identify areas of opportunity at brand/category level to provide overview to leadership, Ecom, and brand teams.

·        Review and/or support the development of business cases as well as performing in-depth analysis to identify high-level business and functional requirements

·        Key campaign analysis (618, Single's Day, etc.).

·        Deliver Annual Industry Research to help the team understand the market.

·        Collaborate with internal & external partners to ensure consistency in strategic foundation, tone, priorities, and brand guidelines.

·        Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

·        Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications


Qualifications:

·        5 & above years’ experience in EC analytics field and a global retail environment

·        Must be skilled at using analytics to drive decision-making

·        Knowledge of the tools, methods and approaches that are driving higher conversion rates, increased average order value and acquisition techniques

·        Expertise in loyalty techniques and cross-channel analytics and measurement. Experience in EC operation is a plus

·        Proven relationship management experience

·        Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

·        Proven organizational and time management skills.
