Position title: Internal Comms Manager, China

Job Summary: 

The Global Communications and PR team aims to inspire people around the world through unparalleled storytelling and experiences that celebrate our unique culture and fuel our business success.

As part of the China Communications and PR team, this role reports directly to the Senior Director, China Communications and PR, and will act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and drive compelling storytelling and employee experiences that shape our culture, connect China workforce and enable business results. The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating engaging experiences.

Core Accountabilities: 

• Lead strategic and impactful internal communications and engagement initiatives by working closely with executives and leaders across functions, including People & Culture, Retail Comms, Brand & Community, etc.
• Lead internal content creation and channel strategy to ensure information is shared in a timely and considered way
• Plan and organize internal activities to drive employee engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create memorable, on-brand internal experiences.
• Manage issues and crisis communications internally
• Support to build lululemon employer brand equity
• Lead internal communications measurement and analytics strategy. Use insights to continuously improve communication strategies and channels
• Support the creation and execution of lululemon’s global internal communications strategy

Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of professional experience in internal communications
• Outstanding writer and storyteller in both Mandarin and English
• Adept at understanding and distilling complex, fast moving and unexpected subjects into impactful communications within tight timelines

• Constant and curious learner; always looking at new ways to innovate in this space
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing across different levels of an organization.

• Strong advisory and collaboration skills

• Experience working with global teams
• Bachelor’s degree or above
