about this team


Reporting to the Manager, Learning + Leadership Retail Partners, this role supports the learning programs for our greater retail teams. Based in Chengdu, this role will work closely with the China Learning & Leadership Team and People & Culture Business Partners and Retail Area Director to implement strategic learning solutions and priorities to cope with rapid business growth.


core responsibilities


• Adapt and facilitate core programs to support the functional and leadership growth of our retail teams

• Ensure all training programs/projects/experiences are implemented according to plan

• Conduct needs analysis in partnership with L&L Manager to prioritize learning needs while consistently visiting stores to check and verify content fits the business need

• Partner with China Area Pod to ensure alignment in synergy with relevant area learning needs

• Measure and monitor training effectiveness


qualifications


• Recommended 5+ years solid training experience, coaching and instructional design

• Project Management: Must be proactive, highly motivated and collaborative. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for detail.

• Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Strong problem solving, customer service and analytical skills

• Exceptional Communication Skills both written and verbal.

• Must be fluent in English
