A day in the life:

  • Support SSC end users IT related issues and requirement by phone, email, chat and off-line communications with prompt response.
  • Support lululemon China assets management and deployment.
  • Response for infra and network troubleshooting.
  • Document common problems and solutions, keep updating knowledge base resources.
  • Manage office IT asset health check and regular refresh.
  • Evaluate and leverage existing resources and tools to provide practical solutions and suggestions upon user special requirement.
  • Support and ensure IT functions working smooth during company event or VIP meetings.
  • Manage and support office related projects, understand the basic of networking and specifically infrastructure.
  • Cooperate with other functional team to analyst issue details and problem trend for improving services or products.

Qualifications:

·       Ability to identify problematic areas in systems, processes and implement solutions in a timely manner.

·       Strong knowledge and skills on Windows, Mac OS, O365, Video Conference tool and Infrastructure related.

·       Experience on handling complex problem and provide resolution.

·       Experience working with 3rd party support vendors.

·       Experience working in an international IT support environment.

·       Experience managing coordinated activities and working in cross-functional, team-first atmosphere.

·       PM qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills and ability to influence others.
