about this role

The role involves managing command center operations and collaborating with various teams, including Product, Retail, Brand Creative, RBE, and Brand & Community etc., to ensure seamless execution of projects. Key responsibilities include budget management, supporting financial planning, and overseeing the go-to-market process. Additionally, the position focuses on developing brand and retail toolkits to maintain brand identity and enhance operational efficiency in the region.


core responsibilities

  • Develop Command Center Management in partnership with Product
  • In-Region and Seasonal GTM Management: oversee brand timelines and updates within the GTM process
  • Brand Calendar Management: maintain and publish China Brand Calendars on a timely basis
  • Budget Management: assist in tracking of financial metrics, support in AOP planning
  • Functional SOP development: Collaborate across functions to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Brand and Key Partners (eComm, Product)
  • Brand Toolkit Support: Provide assistance in the development of brand toolkits such as, Brand Identity / Foundational toolkits, Retail related toolkits – Outlet VI, Markdown VI, NSO Hoardings, Shoppers, Packaging

qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience
  • Strong management and leadership experience, ability to navigate multiple tracks of work with tight timelines
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven mindset
  • Open-minded, curious and eager to know
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proactive and entrepreneurship with good collaboration and communication skill and proven experience to manager stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and comfortably operating with agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive to identify and address technical operational and organizational opportunities and challenges.
