A day in the life
  • Work to best support your region.
    • Responsible for leading the RBE work of Shenzhen & South Region according to China RBE strategy guidance. Bring company strategies to life & adapted to regional market needs: window, campaign activation, key product stories, product placement strategies and sell-through strategies.
    •  Leading the work of adapting country strategies to Shenzhen & South region stores. Holistically own the RBE presentations in retail spaces.
    • Collaborating with regional team on activating regional initiatives in retail spaces.
    • Work in partnership with ISM & VMS & Retail in building Optimal Store Layout / merch map to support on campaign launch, event, and seasonal promotion activities. Maintain brand image and provide consistent guest experience.
    • Lead COE project development in your region and work with VMS to provide VM strategy to South store.
    • Being the bridge and communication channel between SSC partners & retail team, timely feedback and support store needs with SSC partner supports. Assisting in improving the sales performance, actively seeking feedback and foster a collaborative environment.
    • Responsible for visual displays for special projects, marketing/press/community events, pop-up stores, etc.
  • Support retail teams on leverage store VM skill to create best guests experience.
    • Supports retail teams on training VM leads & building up training materials and provide VM training for stores on VM module /quarterly / monthly / weekly strategy, Support VM setup for VM off-site and VM workshop.
    • Provide on-site VM support by attending 2 VM shifts a week to understand product levels and training opportunities. Schedule weekly store visits(upon requests).
    • Provide VM support for store’s campaign launch, event, and seasonal promotion activities.Coach and feedback to regional store through VM Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly strategies.
  • Responsible for supporting China new store openings and renovations.
    • Initiate the development of new VM tools and processes to elevate our brand experience in stores.
    • Lead the visual merchandising and execution process for new store openings, in collaboration with retail operations and plannings.
    • Partner with the Opening + Optimization team on VMSOS communication and budgets based on business needs.
    • Ensure quality visual standards and strategies for all new store openings, optimizations and renovations are met by enrolling store and support team in the Optimal Store Layout & Visual Strategies.
    • Support Manager and Lead, Key Market Visual Merchandiser in building Optimal Store Layout / merch map, Optimize material ordering and providing inputs & updates for execution.
    • Facilitate necessary pre-opening training & enrollment and followed-up calls for store teams.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years experience in visual merchandising or retail role 
  • Highly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trend. 
  • Mindful communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal. Fluent in English and Chinese 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-starter approach to work, entrepreneur way of decision making, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility 
  • Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and ability to use adobe is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on the retail floor.

Authorization to work in China is required for this role.
