About the Role
We are seeking a talented Internal Communication Specialist to drive employee engagement and internal messaging across our organization. This role combines strategic content creation with hands-on event execution, requiring a unique blend of creativity, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Curation (70%)
Ongoing Communications: Produce and manage the weekly internal newsletter
Executive Communications: Draft executive notes, briefing materials, and leadership communications
Project-Based Content: Curate and create content for internal events including:
Leadership Summits (LS)
Town Hall meetings
Fun Club activities and internal communications
Lunch & Learn (L&L) sessions
Ad Hoc Support: Provide content editing and review for various functional teams as needed
2. Event Management & Execution (30%)
China Town Hall: Lead end-to-end planning and execution
Employee Engagement: Support other internal employee engagement initiatives and activities

Qualifications

PR Agency: Strong motivation match and culture fit are critical
