core responsibilities

As the producer for lululemon’s social storytelling in China, the talent is expected to oversee and manage the production of

  • campaign-related editorial stories;
  • the documentary recap shooting for hero events;
  • wellbeing Art Programs;
  • always-on social videos and stills locally generated for RedNote;
  • social assets for local key sports moment.

Meanwhile, it is also the job of this role to source the most talented content creators in the industry as vendors while keep enhancing the cost efficiency time-wise and budget-wise.

  • Truely understand the creative concept and expectation, in order to source the best class production partners to fulfill the production excellence;
  • Manage complex productions across multiple mediums delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the social audience;
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team, and to work collaboratively to complete the brief delivering on time and within budget;
  • Onboard, managing and oversee production partners through pre-production, shoot and post production, ensuring clear communication of project needs, and adherence to our ways of working;
  • Always keep an eye on what’s new and up-coming production vendors to inspire the creative partners - directors, photographers, stylists ect,.
  • Manage all production paperwork, contracts, permits, and licensing needs, working in partnership with cross functional partners across legal, insurance, and asset protection teams.
  • Identify production opportunities and create/evolve processes that foster efficiencies, drive results and support the growth of lululemon’s social storytelling.

qualifications

  • More than 8 years’ experience on producer role for both video production and print production;
  • Previous experience in production required. Agency experience preferred;
  • Good communication skills and well organised working habbits;
  • Good command at Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel/ IOS Pages, numbers, keynotes;
  • Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment;
  • The ability to travel is required;
  • The ability to work with English speakers is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree or above
