about this team
• Function as a liaison between the SSC and stores by influencing and supporting product strategies and tactics for cross-functional partners and retail
• Responsible for product go-to-store process optimization at the SSC and store level
• Support the daily Product-related Retail Operations between Retail Team and SSC, in delivering operationally sound communication, process updates and implementation
• Build up and coordinate the smooth communication process between SSC Product team and Retail Team
core responsibilities
• Lead and participate in cross functional working groups to ensure that the product needs of the stores are considered and included in execution of any communication, project or initiative
• Identify areas for cross functional collaboration with local/global SSC Partners to drive/consult around new product operations processes alongside refining existing processes. Execute change to remove work from stores and optimize processes
• Provide options and impacts to cross functional stakeholders and decision makers with clear recommendations
• Develop communication strategies to support implementation/roll out of product operations projects/initiatives in stores
• Enroll stores in change & updates within Product Operations
• Facilitate follow-up support and feedback collection on communication, projects and initiatives
• Escalate and drive the solutions of in the moment/urgent product operational issues that impact stores
qualifications
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• 8 plus years work experience, preferably within a retail environment
• Ability to understand and solve complex problems
• Program management skills, comfortable coordinating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders across time zones
• Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, confident in analyzing and interpreting data
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive can-do attitude, attention to detail
• A strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities in combination with a hands-on attitude to get things done
• Proven track record of leading multiple, complex tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adequately prioritize to improve business impact in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent soft skills with a teamwork mentality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
