core responsibilities

The main responsibility of this role is the owner of Tmall Store, fully responsible for the operations for Tmall Store, driving business and operational excellence while delivering both best in the world product and digital experience to our guests.

 - Lead the overall business performance of Tmall store, developing and executing long-term sustainable business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.

 - Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability with comprehensive process management and proactive pursuit of growth opportunities.

 - Manage the daily operations of Tmall store and lead smooth and effective cooperation with internal cross functional teams and external platform and TP.

 - Own end-to-end business performance and hold ultimate accountability for store’s performance and critical decisions.

 - Build up strategic partnership with platform with extensive industry understandings.

 - Be the primary contact with Tmall platform and key external partners to stay ahead of industry trends and secure resources to drive development.

 - Lead cross-functional cooperation and execution, continuously optimize operations under changing business environment.

 

qualifications

 - Minimum 10+ years experience in Ecommerce operations

 - Deep understanding of Tmall eco-system, a highly-analytics mindset, and extensive knowledge of the business, processes, and trading actions that can be harnessed to deliver both top-line revenue growth as well tight control of costs to deliver maximum contribution on Tmall store.

 - Experience across both front and back end operations with deep expertise.

 - Project management experience and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize workloads.

 - Strong collaboration skills and experience building relationships across departments.

 - Experience in apparel or sportwear preferred
