Scope of Work/ Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill Tier 1 Tickets- Hiring/ Onboarding, Personal Information Changes
  • Tier 2 Ticket Escalations/ Troubleshooting
  • Hire Integration Fail resolution
  • Reporting, aggregate metrics
  • Current state reporting and analytics needs assessment
  • Stakeholder management
  • Tech team partnership
  • Data Strategy input and development

Key Skillsets Required

  • Familiarity with Hiring processes
  • Experience supporting the workforce with enquiries
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Nice to have but not needed: Workday, Avature, ServiceNow experience
  • Familiarity with Hiring processes
  • Ability to track and report high volume, repeat issues
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
