core responsibilities
The main responsibility of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations of JD store and collaborate closely with cross functional partners to execute the online strategy and campaigns that can boost the EC growth.
- Work closely with the online business leader to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations including seasonal product launches, campaign launches and execution, content management, traffic, consumers and member management, business performance analysis & review and order fulfilment
- Be the main point of contact (both internally and external including Platform and TP) for all day-to-day business activities
- Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling is in place for all campaigns across all channels
- Serve as ecommerce point person for logistics, warehouse and finance. Liaise with cross functional teams to implement changes to our online stores in alignment with lululemon’s strategic goal
- Responsible for generating and analyzing weekly and monthly business performance reports
- Partner with vendor to identify opportunities and initiate improvements to site operations and user experience
- Provide leadership and innovative thinking to the analysis of industry trends, interesting initiatives, member behaviors and competitors’ best practices

- Experience in e-commerce operations
- Familiar with JD POP business
- Expertise in loyalty techniques and cross-channel analytics and measurement
- Possess strong business acumen and commercial thinking
- Experienced multi-tasker who thrives under pressure
- Proven leadership ability
- Proven relationship management experience
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced excel skills
