Lululemon Sustainable Business and Impact team leads the work with key partners and stakeholders to achieve the goals set in lululemon’s IMPACT AGENDA.


This role is part of the enterprise-wide sustainability team shaping the future of impact within our brand and business. core responsibilities

  • Work closely with vendors, internal teams and local partners to assure responsible supply chain and vendor code of ethics (VCoE) compliance.
  • Conduct Responsible Supply Chain assessment, training and capacity building program Includes visiting factories on a regular basis to elevate and ensure that the vendor is fully comply with the codes.
  • Supports regional implementation of regional and globally developed implementation & engagement programs to support lululemon’s commitment towards the people who make our product.
  • Submit high quality communication and deliverables (reports, assessment recaps, remediation plans, projects, etc) in a timely manner to all internal partners.
  • Ensure social compliance database is up to date and accurate.
  • Drive for continuous program improvement and sustainable development.

 

qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in Responsible Supply Chain, Ethical Trade, Sustainability, Human Rights in region, leading monitoring & improvement programs.
  • Exceptional understanding of regional risks and experience on social responsibility, empowerment and supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to drive action.
  • Program/project management and delivery or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Strong relationship management skills & capabilities with vendors, regional stakeholders (e.g. industry organizations, peer brands, workers rights groups and civil society organizations)
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal), other language is an asset.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of time.
