Creative Operation Director

core responsibilities


The Creative Operation Director is responsible for developing long-range plans and operational structure that will support development and execution of a production budget for all China creative initiatives and core China brand assets (brand code, manifesto, local campaign, DBE always on assets, brand identity). Leading the creative ops team for different channel: Creative operations manager, China photo studio operations, Douyin content operations, content product ops, Sr. producer manager, etc. Responsible for evolving operating model and processes as work evolves as well as ensure the team is on track to support on-time and on-budget delivery of all projects. Manage external agency relationships from negotiating SOWs to managing escalations on projects with Senior Agency Leaders.


- Lead and inspire a team of creative project managers and producers responsible for all China creative initiatives, including campaigns, weeklies, China pdp, Douyin content, program marketing, social always on and activations.


- Efficiently operationalize and steward annual production budget.


- Manage the relationship with the China agencies that will create into China campaign assets, from SOW through project completion, including managing all project escalations with Senior Agency Leaders.


- Partner with legal and procurement leaders to ensure commercial and efficiency objectives for each agency contract is met.


- Collaborate with China Brand Directors/Sr Directors (Brand Management, Ops, Creative) to develop processes and operating models to unlock enablement and working efficiencies for cross-functional teams.


-Ensure team is on track to support on-time and on-budget delivery of China and Global Tier campaign assets.



qualifications


- Minimum 12+ years of experience.


- Solid experience at the Director level in a local/ global brand or agency.


- Project Management, Creative Operations, Account Management experience at Agency Preferred.


- People management experience.


- Production management experience.


- Has delivered regional creative projects at a fast-faced and agile environment.


-PMP (Project Management Professional) designation an asset.


-Highly collaborative and cross-functional leader.


-Experience working with a global brand.


-NICE TO HAVE: Experience working with a performance or fashion brand.
