core responsibilities  

  • 团队管理
    • 负责lululemon GEC Inhouse团队的日常管理,指导educator团队通过在线聊天工具为客人提供优质的线上服务,和客人建立长期的联结。
    • 通过建立高效的管理模式,提升团队的服务和销售能力,对团队的服务和销售指标负责。
    • 建立良好的 团队氛围,通过鼓励、培训、激励团队员工来创造高效的团队,关注并培养团队员工,注重员工的长期发展。
    • 监控团队核心指标,能与产品、运营、技术等多方团队合作,推动流程优化落地,提升指标达成。
  • 用户体验提升
    • 和相关的支持团队配合,不断发现和完善GEC团队运行过程中的问题,保障团队稳定、高效运转。
    • 结合客人的需求和业务实际情况,制定客人导向的服务策略,提升消费者体验和购物满意度。
    • 对GEC团队的服务和销售数据进行分析,并调整相应的服务策略,优化人力安排。

 

qualifications 

  • 本科及以上
  • 3年以上客服团队管理经验
  • 中英文流利,可作为工作语言
  • 具备服务意识,对电商消费者需求敏感
  • 卓越的表达能力,能有效跨部门沟通,以及良好的抗压性
  • 有一定数据分析能力
  • 有企微管理经验 或 电商相关经验者优先
