about this team

The E-commerce Own Channel team is a core function of the E-commerce team in China, driving sustainable business excellence across all own channels, including .com, WeChat and Red stores. This team is leading business growth with elevation on brand awareness, optimization on operation, enhancement on guest experience and strategic partnership with platforms. 

 

core responsibilities

The main responsibility of this role is to collaborate closely with E-commerce Own Channel business owners to execute the media plan that can boost the EC growth and work with brand media team to support campaign success.

  • Creative Briefing & Content Governance: Responsible for drafting high-quality creative briefs based on channel characteristics and business objectives. Manage the end-to-end audit and launch process for advertising creatives to ensure visual and copy alignment with brand identity and conversion goals.
  • Account Live Monitoring & Real-time Optimization: Perform rigorous daily/hourly monitoring of advertising accounts (Tencent Ads, RED JuGuang, etc.). Maintain a high level of digital sensitivity to adjust bidding, targeting, and budget allocation in real-time to balance traffic quality and cost.
  • Media Plan Execution: Execute performance-based media plans across own channels to drive revenue during "Big Moments," seasonal campaigns, and daily operations.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Track conversion data daily, analyze ROI across multiple dimensions, and produce insightful reports with actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Agency Management: Oversee the daily execution of agency partners, ensuring deliverables meet SLA standards and align with lululemon’s strategic pace.
  • Financial Process: Ensure payment and financial process have been completed based on company requirements.


qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or traffic operations. Experience with premium retail, fashion, or sports brands is highly preferred.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the WeChat ecosystem (Moments, Video Accounts, Official Accounts) and the RED (Xiaohongshu) advertising platform will be a plus.
  • Analytical Prowess: Highly data-sensitive with proficiency in Excel and mainstream data analytics tools.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
