about this team

The Brand Management team sits at the core of Brand Marketing, leading end-to-end campaign strategy and GTM execution.

This team orchestrates cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Product, Media, DBE, RBE, EC, CRM, B&C, and Retail.

 

core responsibilities

The role acts as the central driver of brand campaigns, accountable for execution excellence and business impact.

Campaign Ownership & Delivery

  • Own campaigns end-to-end: strategy, planning, production, and GTM
  • Drive campaign cadence and daily operations; ensure delivery at key milestones
  • Accountable for launch excellence and performance outcomes

Always-on Strategy & Activation

  • Lead and drive the execution of full-year always-on product and activation marketing strategy
  • Ensure alignment with annual brand objectives

Consumer Journey Integration

  • Own the end-to-end consumer journey across channels and touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency in tone, targeting, and communication effectiveness

Cross-functional Leadership (PMO)

  • Lead cross-functional alignment and decision-making
  • Facilitate collaboration and remove blockers to ensure execution efficiency

Planning, Reporting & Governance

  • Develop integrated marketing plans, retail enrollment, and hindsight reporting
  • Lead brand lift studies and performance tracking
  • Provide updates to senior leadership and ensure retail communication clarity

Operational Excellence

  • Identify and close gaps across functions in daily operations
  • Enable teams to deliver campaigns effectively and on time

Global Partnership

·       Partner with global brand teams to localize and land global concepts successfully in China

 

qualifications

  • Strong learning agility; able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • High intellectual curiosity; applies first-principles thinking
  • Solid foundational capabilities with continuous improvement mindset
  • 7–9 years of experience in brand strategy and integrated marketing
  • Proven track record in campaign planning, execution, and delivery
  • Strong project management capability; able to influence without authority across functions
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
