core responsibilities

Key member of the China Brand & Community function, supporting national OKRs through regional activation.

  • Support the development of Area campaign plans that elevate reach, relevance, to achieve area business objectives and growth. Identify and leverage local cultural or sport moments (e.g., marathons, Hyrox‑related community energy) to build impactful initiatives.
  • Support delivery of regional execution of brand campaigns and product stories launch, ensuring premium, locally relevant in‑market activation, including community experiences, studio partnerships, on-the-ground retail marketing (OOH & in-mall advertising, landlord comms, DP, studio partnerships etc.), across Shenzhen & South.
  • Activate brand‑level community moments (IDY, SSG, WMHD) with strategic amplification plans.
  • Support city‑level teams to deliver store and city level community experiences with quality, consistency, and clear purpose.
  • Support building foundational community capabilities, including conducting workshops, ambassador enablement and program implementation, retail enrollment, and CRM program implementation.
  • Leverage CRM insights, regional guest data, and community trends to influence strategy and activation.
  • Collaborate closely with brand marketing, brand & community team, retail leadership (Area Director, Regional Managers, City Community Leads) as day to day stakeholders. Support the B&C manager on the GTM process in the area.
  • Communicate relevant local insights (guests, competitor, community, NSO) to brand marketing and brand management team to support the national strategies.
 

qualifications

  • 8+ years in brand marketing, retail marketing, or community activation
  • Strong project management and execution discipline
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross‑functional alignment
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (Cantonese is a plus)
  • Data‑informed mindset; ability to interpret guest insights and activation performance
  • Passionate about community, movement, and product storytelling
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, high‑ownership environment
