core responsibilities

The Asset Protection Manager will be critical to the success of the most complex and important business unit at lululemon. The Asset Protection Manager will help design and lead the China field asset protection initiatives, that focus on protecting our people and assets in assigned areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, while educating store teams on ways to minimize safety or security related incidents.

lululemon AP role is all about health & safety of people, product, facilities, we always put people first, as they are the most valuable asset to our company.

• Implement a risk & security-based asset protection program, following lululemon global culture, in both retail operation and AP strategy.

• Work closely with China AP team, retail stakeholders to implement AP China retail standard.

• Coordinate between China & regional on resources to feed regional retail needs.

• Responsible for local AP operation: new store opening AP device and handover, fraud investigation, regional training, store security audit, shrinkage control, unexpected incident management...

• Able to lead security programs & show influence in other departments' project, especially people/ product

/ facility related.


 

qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' work experience in retail security & risk management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written (English & Mandarin)

• Formal Interview and Interrogation training, (preferred WZ.)

• Ability to manage complex projects and delegate

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment

• Strong computer skills - MS office

• Willingness and availability to travel (approx. 40%)
