core responsibilities

• Oversee the full packaging lifecycle, including inventory control, demand forecasting, order placement, and budget management to optimize costs and ensure stable supply.
• Lead the innovation, design, and production of new and promotional packaging materials.
• Manage projects from concept to timely delivery.
• Enhance the customer unboxing experience and optimize logistic cost efficiency by collaborating with DC team to streamline packaging and shipping processes, reducing waste.
• Centrally coordinates and oversees the end-to-end sample allocation process.
• Govern the sample application process to optimize efficiency and maximize its value.

qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, EC Operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or packaging management.
• Proven experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, and budget control.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple initiatives and vendors to successful, on-time completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
