about this team

Design and operate the Market product integrity system/process to maximize the product’s value to the guest while minimizing risk to the brand. Serve as the key in-market representative for enterprise Product Integrity.

 

core responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a structured framework for tracking, assessing, and governing China-specific standards;
  • Identify and prioritize critical standards, key risk areas, and compliance requirements
  • Develop and lead Enterprise standard lifecycle management processes (creation, review, update, retirement) and ensure alignment and consistency between China standards and global internal standards
  • Support cross-functional adoption and implementation of standards across the organization
  • Monitor regulatory changes and integrate China standard requirements into Global standard frameworks;
  • Drive continuous improvement of standard governance and management practices

 

qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience: Strong experience in compliance operations, product safety, standards management, or regulatory environments (preferably within China market);
  • Standards Expertise: Solid knowledge of China regulatory requirements, Enterprise Standards (ES), and global internal standards frameworks;
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working cross-functionally with compliance, PTS, global teams, and business stakeholders
  • Communication and Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical standards into clear business guidance. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Ability to identify gaps, drive improvements, and establish scalable governance frameworks
