about this team
As a Product Operations Manager in China, you are the person always in the same pace as retail stores, as well as within lululemon. You will be responsible for establishing and creating/coordinating all Products launch/pullback/transfer related operations and SOPs, also for Retail Inventory related Operations and Management/Coordination, closely partnership with Product/Brand Marketing/VM team to ensure the product flow is well-designed and well-received in the end. You are also the counterpart to NA global partners of new products or related programs implementations.

core responsibilities
  • Lead and influence in cross functional working groups, especially the Product / Brand Marketing / VM to ensure that the product needs of stores are well-considered.
  • Identify areas for cross functional collaboration with local/global SSC Partners to drive/consult around new product operations processes alongside refining existing processes. Execute change to remove unnecessary work from stores and optimize processes and efficiency.
  • Provide options and impacts to cross functional stakeholders and decision makers with clear recommendations regarding of in-store Product management.
  • Develop retail SOP and implement new processes to support new product launch or operation strategy.
  • Proactively work with local stakeholders to develop a routine Product launch battleplan and Retail Enrollment on regular basis, improve the product management level.
  • Develop communication strategies to support implementation/roll out of product operations projects/initiatives in stores.
  • Be the cross functional go-to person for CN SSC product-related matters and projects, when it comes to any activity touching the store product management, you are the gatekeeper of actions and communication.
qualifications
  • 5+ years previous experience in retail Operations
  • Knowledgeable in Product Lifecycle and In-store set up process
  • Have sense in Product Display and Logistic process
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
