about this team
The Fulfillment Planning Analyst is a critical position in driving China Fulfillment service level and financial performance. The role will report to the Manager, Fulfillment Planning and Operation and will partner and collaborate with cross-functional groups throughout the
organization, including FP&A, Ecom & Retail Operations, Merchandise Planning and Sales & Operations Planning.

a day in the life
  • Long-Range Planning and Strategy Support
    • Conduct in-depth analyses of network and supply chain designs to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Develop comprehensive investment roadmaps and robust business cases to drive the execution of fulfillment strategies, long-range capacity planning, and strategic development.
  • Project initiation and Business case development
    • Lead project management efforts for department initiatives and special projects, ensuring the establishment, support, and maintenance of an effective process within the team.
    • Construct and present compelling business cases for department initiatives and special projects, encompassing detailed cost and benefit analyses to justify proposed actions and investments.
  • Yearly Budgeting Cycle Support
    • Collaborate closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and DLT Leadership teams to meticulously analyze the financial performance of DC and Logistics operations.
    • Partner with FP&A, Merchandising Planning & Allocation, and Network Planning teams to generate accurate short to long-range financial forecasts, serving as a critical input for network analysis and strategic planning.
  • Fulfillment Optimization
    • Actively support the DC, logistics, and trade network in driving operational performance improvements and guiding the evolution of our network infrastructure.
    • Conduct thorough research, analysis, and presentation of distribution and logistics performance metrics, identifying and highlighting opportunities for enhancement across the China network.
    • Develop and refine cross-functional leadership review materials to effectively communicate and support the fulfillment strategy, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.

qualifications
  • Experience – 4 years minimum business experience in Supply Chain Development
  • Bachelors degree in Business or similar
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to conduct complex network modeling and financial analysis
  • Strong project management skills - ability to plan, budget and manage project execution
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint experience
  • Able to work with agility and deliver under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

workplace arrangement
In-person collaboration and office-based work is necessary and important for this role. Work is performed onsite, 5 days a week, depending on role requirements.
